How it works
From your vial list to a finished box
There are four steps, and you don't need every detail to get started.
Steps
- Step 1
Send us your list
Tell us which vials you need to store, how many of each, which ones must stay separate, and where the box will live, whether that's a drawer, a cart, or a shelf.
- Step 2
We design it
We turn your list into a design. That covers how the compartments are laid out, where the labels go, which compartment stands out, and how big the box can be.
- Step 3
You review it
Your team looks it over with the people who'll use it every day, and we make changes until it works for them.
- Step 4
We make it
Once you approve the design, we make it. It keeps its ID and version number, and every reorder is made to that same approved version.

Changes
When your list changes, the box can too
Vial suppliers switch, quantities shift, and protocols get updated. When that happens, we update your design and give it a new version number. You don't have to start over with a new product.
